Dear Classmates,
The WMHS 50th Reunion committee is in the planning stages for our reunion to be held Saturday, Sept. 9th, 2023. At this time, we have reserved the Setauket Neighborhood House for the event. We love the SNH however they limit us to 125 attendees. We have had such an overwhelming response from classmates who are interested in attending and want to ensure we are able to accommodate everyone. So, at this time, we are asking for your input. We are trying to establish a realistic idea of how many plan to attend. We are not limited to this venue and will explore other options if we need to.
Based on 125 people, the cost of the event at the Neighborhood House would be $125/person not including alcoholic beverages or $145/person which would include an open bar. Both price tiers include a full dinner buffet with coffee, tea and dessert and a DJ.
Please reply to this email in order for us to get a head count:

Your response does not mean a commitment but it's very helpful for us in determining a venue.

The committee has scheduled a field trip for this Thursday the 20th to explore other venues. Please try to reply prior to that date.
More to come regarding a Friday night get together, a golf outing, a tour of our High School, Sunday brunch at the beach!
