On Thursday, April 22, I will be co-hosting a Pfizer Vaccination Clinic in Old Town in partnership with Jewel-Osco Pharmacy, and my colleagues Brian Hopkins (2nd), Walter Burnett (27th), and Brendan Reilly (42nd).
This event is by appointment only and space is limited; registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. On-site appointments or walk-in registration will NOT be available. Please read all the details below and register for an appointment.
COVID-19 Vaccination Event
First dose: Thursday, April 22, 2021
Second dose: Thursday, May 13, 2021
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please read over the following event details carefully
- This event is only for Chicago residents age 16 and older in Phase 1 and Phase 2.
- Participants will receive the first dose of the two-dose Pfizer Vaccine, and
must be able to return on Thursday, May 13 for the second dose.
- Masks are mandatory. Temperature checks will be done prior to entry - if you are
sick, please stay home.
- Plan for your appointment to take one (1) hour from start to finish.
After registering for your first dose on April 22nd, you will receive a confirmation email with further information about what to expect on the day of the event.
