The Rodman Ride for Kids is an annual charity bike ride taking place on September 21st in Foxboro, MA, with self-directed adventurers participating remotely. This year we've committed to raising $65,000 in support of TBC’s programs benefiting over 1,000 young people in our city, 88% of whom are youth of color. We're actively recruiting beautiful souls like YOU to join Team Trinity and help us meet our goal.

As a Team Trinity Rodman Rider, you get to lock arms with like-minded individuals passionate about making a positive impact, enjoy cool swag, and a festive BBQ celebration on ride day. PATHWAY & PROGRAM UPDATES

This May, Sole Train ended the school year at Boston’s Run to Remember with Young, Mid, and Old Soles completing the 5-mile or half-marathon race. Nearly 300 Young Soles enrolled for the 2023-2024 school year, with 82% completing the program. 

TEEP summer is in session with middle schoolers advancing their academic achievement and social-emotional learning through weekly enrichment classes, community-building field trips, and cultural experiences. High schoolers employed through TEEP’s Leadership Development Program are gaining leadership skills and professional experience as summer counselors.

Following its big splash at our June 2024 Bostonians for Youth Gala, the Organizational Equity Practice (OEP) team relaunched POC Tea Time! It’s a quarterly 2-hour session for non-profit professionals of color to heal together, build community, and learn practices to improve their wellbeing at work. Stay tuned for the September registration link.

Trinity Boston Counseling Center wrapped its year-long work and training of 4 accomplished clinical interns. They gained invaluable clinical experience and training, supporting individual clients and group wellness workshops at partner organizations like City Year. We wish Rhyann, Alissa, Kelsey, and Rohan the best as they continue their professional journeys in trauma-inclusive, culturally competent, mental healthcare.

In June, Trinity@McCormack completed its 11th year at the BCLA/McCormack School. The program serves 569 youth and 120+ teachers, administrators, and paraprofessionals through Restorative Justice trainings and its “Village of Support” partnership, providing students and families with clothing and other basic needs. TBC staff is excited to return for the 2024-2025 school year under the school’s new moniker, the Ruth Batson Academy.
