I saw that on Facebook yesterday and found it a little too true! Snow AGAIN today? It has been snowing on and off for 4 months (December 4th was our first snow)! Winter does not seem to want to end this year, but the weather forecast is predicting temperatures in the 70s on Friday and SUNSHINE, so maybe we are headed in the right direction!
Our real estate market also looks like it might be heating up for spring. Rising interest rates may be having a slightly depressing effect on sales, but the opposite should really be true -- there is absolutely no suggestion that they will head back down again. The days of ridiculously low mortgage rates are behind us. Waiting will not bring them back -- it will only cost you money as rates continue to inch up. Spring is here -- jump in the game before rates creep even higher!
