The CUHSD Education Foundation

The CUHSD Education Foundation (CUHSDEF) was established in 2017 in support of a shared vision for an excellent education in safe and inspiring environments.  As an independent nonprofit collaborating with the district, schools, and local community, the CUHSDEF works to secure additional funding to enhance campus environments, fostering an atmosphere where all students can thrive and prepare for successful futures.

The CUHSDEF is operated by an all-volunteer Board of Directors and a dedicated Student Advisory Board.  Through generous donations from parents, local businesses and organizations, the Education Foundation supports the following district-wide events and programs:

  • Campus Wellness Centers
  • District-wide annual College Fairs and Career Expos
  • Teacher-led projects for increased student engagement
  • Student-led initiatives promoting understanding and empathy across our campuses
