Sometimes SILVER LININGS shine brightest during the most difficult times. Silver linings came in many forms in 2020 - too many to count.

We give GRATITUDE for all those BRIGHT MOMENTS and all the PEOPLE who kept our community healthier, safer, fed and warm, more knowing, POSITIVE in the face of so much uncertainty, and ultimately resilient and STRONG.
From our City family to yours,
THANK YOU.
May the new year be filled with kindness, good health, and prosperity for all.
