Missouri Cures Education Foundation is a statewide non-profit alliance working to promote & protect medical advances to improve the health of Missourians and stimulate the economy in our state. Donations are tax-deductible & support education and outreach programs.
I would like to thank Margaret Tollerton for her nine years as outreach director with Missouri Cures. Many of you have met Margaret as she traveled around the state to spread the word about the great medical research taking place in Missouri. She is a true advocate for medical research! Margaret now looks forward to spending time with her family especially her four beautiful granddaughters. Thank you Margaret for all of your hard work over the last 9 years!
2017 has been an exciting year for medical research in Missouri. Washington University School of Medicine is focused on precision medicine to make sure patients receive the treatments they need for their particular disease. Saint Louis University is moving forward in their excellent work in the field of vaccines. The Stowers Institute continues their cutting edge research in cancer. The University of Missouri excels in the field of cardiovascular disease. We are so fortunate to have so many outstanding research institutions in Missouri. Thanks to all of our supporters who help us promote this great work by sharing our stories on social media with your friends and family. Your support plays an important role in helping us keep medical research safe and moving forward in Missouri!
Wishing you and your loved ones a happy and healthy holiday season!
