This will be the last President’s Message for 2022, and I want to take this moment to thank all of you for attending and sponsoring our events and making this the premiere organization for business in Delaware! I also want to recognize our Board of Directors and Board of Governors, our committee members, and the incredible staff for another terrific year!
The business community in Delaware is strong and despite setbacks brought on by the pandemic, most companies report having strong financial positions in the face of ongoing workforce shortages or product availability. Congratulations to all of you for finding ways to rebound and adjust to a pace of change that is dynamic and ever-evolving.
So, from all of us at the State Chamber, to all employers and employees here in Delaware, congratulations and best wishes for a successful 2023!
