Watch books come to life at the NoCo Arts Center in Jeffersonville! Performers with StageOne Storytellers will present “The Mouse Who Ate Books,” “Franklin's Fly Book Shop,” and “The Not So Quiet Library” on Saturday, March 8. Showtimes are 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.; Admission is free.

New Albany Main Street presents “She Means Business”—a special event in honor of International Women’s Day! Celebrate the women entrepreneurs of New Albany on Saturday, March 8. 

Partake in networking sessions and sit in on panel discussions featuring educational speakers sharing insights and inspiration. Some activities and sessions are ticketed; click the button for more information.

Grab your friends and get creative with the Charlestown Paints “Spring! Canvas Paint Party” on Sunday, March 9 at the Arts & Enrichment Center from 3 – 4:30 p.m. Registration is required for this event that is best suited for ages 5 and up. Cost is $20/person

Sip on green beer and themed craft cocktails, taste Irish-themed foods and vibe to music by DJ Cam at Depot Days: St. Patrick’s Day on Sunday, March 16 from 1 – 4 p.m. Kids can enjoy inflatables, face painting and crafts. This event is FREE and open to the public.

Head over to the Howard Steamboat Museum on Thursday, March 20 for Dancing on the Deck Down the River. Experience a fine evening of music performed by Richard Blanton, dancing and libations crafted by Distillery 64. The room will be set up cabaret style and feature a dance floor for those who want to kick up their heels. Tickets are $25.

Take a trip to Borden, Indiana for the 17th annual Stella di Luce Art Show at Huber’s Orchard & Winery. The show will be held inside Plantation Hall on March 22 & 23. Visitors can browse booths from local artists, enjoy live music and sample the latest release of Stella di Luce wine.

Catch Urinetown at Derby Dinner Playhouse now through March 30. The hilarious and award-winning musical comedy about greed, love, and revolution is set in a world where a 20-year drought has led to a government-enforced ban on private toilets. Your ticket includes dinner, the show, tax and parking. Ticket prices and showtimes vary.

Derby Dinner’s Children’s Musical Theater presents How I Became A Pirate now – March 29. Young Jeremy Jacob is recruited by Captain Braid Beard for a swash-buckling pirate adventure in this musical adaptation of the best-selling book. The Children's Musical Theatre is suitable for ages 3 to 12. A kid-friendly buffet is included in the ticket price!
