URGENT: Family Health & Wellness needs your help
We all have felt the economic and social impact that the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic has caused. Economic shortfalls are being felt across Suffolk County, and our Family Health and Wellness department has received a 100% cut in funding for 2021. What does that mean for Suffolk County?
  • Our educators will no longer offer any diabetes support to health centers patients.
  • 8000 Suffolk County families, childcare staff, family workers, librarians, and teachers will no longer receive FHW programming.
If you are able, please consider a donation to the funding campaign to help save these vital resources. If you cannot make a financial contribution, please consider sharing with a friend.
