| | The folks at NH Telephone Museum have given the OK for the use of their parking lot across from the library for a 'TRUNK EVENT" seed and plant/ gardening swap on Saturday, June 6 from 9 -10 am (they open at 10). Bring your extra 2026 seeds, seedlings, plant pots, garden stuff to swap or just come get some items that need to find a home garden. NOT a drop off event! Take leftovers home or donate elsewhere. | | |

Town of Warner is currently draining Silver Lake so that work can be done on the multi-plate culvert on North Village Rd which requires a dry pipe for concrete to be poured. Silver Lake Town Beach opening will be delayed due to the repair project.

Sat. June 13, 10 am: Tree dedication: Warner’s 250th Birthday Committee donated funds to help the Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum add a beautiful new Serviceberry tree to its Arboretum. Community celebration on June 13th, from 10AM-11:30AM, to dedicate this tree in honor of Warner’s incorporation on September 4, 1774.
Museum will be open and tours of the galleries will be free to the public.

The updated Welcome to Warner sign has been installed on the approach to Warner from Exit 8. Carved and painted by Jim McLaughlin, the main scene was designed by his daughter Megan.
Flowers by the Warner Beautification committee. The committee is looking for more volunteers to water planted flowers at the Police Station, Exit 8 sign, Statue on KMR, Fountain area in front of town hall, Transfer Station & Fire Station to fill out the a summer care schedule.

New this year: for Grades 3-4, the NH Purple Finch Award list! They are now available for check out. Read them all, and vote for a favorite in April 2027!
Preschooler Story times every Thurs. at 10:30 am with Miss Sue: stories, songs, finger-plays, and a craft - in the Children's Room.
Saturday Story times monthly at 10:30am, will begin again in September.
Thank you to all the families for their food contributions and help for the Teddy Bear picnic! It was a blast again this year, and we had the perfect weather!
New Children's Items in our catalog: March, April, May and we have STEM KITS.
Summer program is fast approaching, "Plant a Seed, Read!" is the theme, and the program of activities for grades K-5 will be available in early June. Ask about T-shirts!

Friday, June 12, 3pm The Telephone Museum is having a program with local author Heather Turner reading her book Ily the Dream Queen Goes to the Vet, Miss Sue will have a service dog craft, a "doggie" snack will be available, and at least one service dog handler will be coming. Admission is a suggested $5 donation. 50% of proceeds will be donated to Service Dogs NH.
