June 27: Join USACE Park Rangers tour of the Hopkinton Dam gatehouse. Choose from three 40-minute tours: 12:00pm, 12:40pm, and 1:20pm for an insider's view into the operation of the gatehouse, the history and basic structure of the dam, and how river data is collected and monitored. Park at the Hopkinton Lake Project Office (2097 Maple Street, Hopkinton). Tours will cross the street to the Dam.
June 27, 12 pm Community Reading "What to the Slave is your Fourth of July?" at Warner Town Hall.
June 27, Bradford's Independence Day celebration, 7 am - 10 pm (Fireworks at dusk!)

Warner Property Tax bills due July 1.
July 1-4 Post 39 Annual Poppy Drive - Legion members will be outside Dunkin and Circle K. This is Post 39's big fund raiser for the year.
July 4, 7:30-11 am Pancake Breakfast at United Church of Warner. Pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, home fries, baked bans, sausage & beverages. Adults $12, Children 7-12 $5, 6 and under free. Breakfast sales benefit the United Church of Warner and the Warner Historical Society. American Legion Post 39 raffle and flag sales. Raffle-drawing at the end of the pancake breakfast. Tickets on sale during the breakfast.

New this year: for Grades 3-4, the NH Purple Finch Award list! Now available for check out. Miss Sue now has a jar on her desk for you to put your name in every time you read one of the Purple Finch books. There will be a monthly drawing for a prize.
Preschooler Story times every Thurs. at 10:30 am with Miss Sue: stories, songs, finger-plays, and a craft - in the Children's Room. Saturday Story times monthly at 10:30am, will begin again in September.
Summer program activities start July 7. "Plant a Seed, Read!" is the theme, and the program of activities for grades K and up is now available. Registration is required, sign up now. library.warnernh.gov/summer-reading-program-2026/ Ask about T-shirts!
Writing and Illustrating workshop - Miss Sue is offering this fun "Monster Handbook" workshop again since so many missed it during the school year. It will run for 4 weeks, a solid hour each week. Probably either Tuesday or Thursday afternoon, starting the week of July 27th. Please contact Miss Sue to register and get more information. Free.
