Thank you, to the Kearsarge Regional High School Art Club for decorating one of the Skate Board Ramps at Riverside Park, with a colorful mural. This was coordinated by Warner Parks and Rec.

Participate in a multi-generational Bible-themed Escape Room in the Fellowship Hall of the United Church of Warner at 6:30 PM on August 19 and 20. Solve the clues to unlock the door while learning about the Beatitudes from Matthew 5. Light refreshments will be served. All are welcome.

Muster Field Farm Museum: Farm Days August 23 & 24, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine. Exhibits, ice cream making, stilt walking, hay rides, kiddie tractor pull, animals on display. Labor Day Weekend Holiday hours: plan ahead!

Warner Museums, restaurants open normal hours but Reeds North is closed Sunday 8/31
Velvet Moose Ice Cream Shoppe will be open normal hours PLUS Monday 1-7 pm.
Warner turns 251 years old on Wednesday, September 3rd. A few businesses will be offering specials that day. More are being added but so far here is what we have:
Reed's North will be offering a new menu item, a 251st Birthday Burrito Skillet. It has seasoned chicken or beef over rice with black beans, tomatoes, and onions, and more.
Charlie Mac's will have a special pizza at a special price. Warner's Birthday Pizza will be Spinach, Chicken, Feta, and White Sauce and it will be on sale!
Cafe One East will be selling a limited batch of special birthday cookies!

Tickets are on sale for a Benefit Dinner and Silent Auction Saturday, Sept. 20, 6-9 pm at New London Historical Society for Kawasiwajo Community Land Trust (KCLT) of Warner, to aid in the goal of raising $160,000 for the purchase of their pilot project, Foster Farm in Warner. Warner Historical Society Barn Sale is open on Saturdays 9-12 and Tuesdays 1-4pm.
Upton House Museum, 2025 Exhibit, Ralph Farman Pratt, Landscape Painter and Photographer. Come experience Pratt's exquisite representations of our local landscapes in his oil paintings and photographs, many of which are deftly hand-colored.
NH Telephone Museum May - Oct. hours: Tuesday thru Friday 10 am to 4 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm. Warner Firefighters Museum is open Saturdays to 3pm.
Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum in May-Oct, the museum is open daily: Monday - Saturday 10am - 4pm, Sunday noon- 4pm with the last admission at 3:00pm for all days.
Sat. Sept. 13 is Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum’s Encore Powwow, one day only, with all the dancing, singing, fantastic vendors, fun, and community that you’ve come to expect! Standard museum admission will also allow you entry to the powwow. Gates open at 10, with Grand Entry at noon. Please bring your own chair and umbrella.

Warner's Writer's Group First Tuesday of every month 6:30-7:45 PM at
Pillsbury Library (Frank Maria Meeting Room), 18 E Main St. Warner. Bring your laptop or notebook, settle in, and enjoy an hour+ of dedicated writing time with others who get it. Snacks are allowed, and there is a sink, a microwave, mugs, Keurig, and tea kettle.

Children's Summer Program ended with a family potluck and awards night on August 13. A total of 1.596 books and chapters were read by participants! The activities included a trip to the river, a field games day, and a special Lego day!

The Warner 4-H Club will hold its first meeting of the new 4-H year on September 8 at 6:30 to 7:30 PM at the United Church of Warner. Warner 4-H Club is a local community club that welcomes all youth, ages 5 - 18, and their families, to explore various projects such as sewing, cooking, crocheting, arts & crafts, nature, and environmental projects. Our club engages in local events including the Warner Fall Foliage Festival parade, Spring Into Warner, Festival of Trees at the town hall, and other events.
