Turkey Raffle! Sat. Nov. 22, 7-9 pm at the Warner Fire Station to benefit the Warner Firefighters Association Fund. Turkeys, hams, gift cards and other items. Cash Prize tickets available at Sugar River Bank. Anyone who wishes to donate an item for a prize can contact Calvin Rogers, message the Warner Fire Rescue Facebook, or leave a message on the Fire station non-emergency phone, 603-456-2122.
Warner Fire Rescue's new design shirts will be for sale during the Turkey Raffle.

From the Tax Collector's Office: The Tax Office is now able to accept payments by credit card in person and over the telephone. Anyone who did not receive their property tax bill is asked to reach out to the Tax Office for another copy. Payments are due by Dec. 11.

Warner Community Appreciation Open House Thurs, December 4, 4:30 - 5 pm
at Warner Town Hall. All are invited to this open house to show appreciation to Town employees and town board and committee volunteers! Light refreshments provided by local residents. **If unable to attend this event you might wish to write a thank you note that will be displayed at the Warner Town Hall. Notes cards available at Sugar River Bank and the Warner Town Hall main hall, and the Library.**

Kearsarge Schools are closed Wed- Friday Nov. 26-28,
Library and Town Depts are closed Thurs- Friday, Nov 27-28, and Town Clerk's Office is closing at NOON on Wed. Library is OPEN Sat. Nov 29.
The Indian Museum will be closed on Friday Nov 28th, but open on the 29th (Saturday)
Reed's North: closed Thanksgiving and Friday the 28th. Open Sat. 29th at 11:30am.

Do you love to decorate for the Holidays?
Saturday Nov. 29: Join us at Warner Town Hall at 9am to decorate the main hall, and to help set up and fluff the 12 Trees that are to be decorated by local nonprofit groups for the Warner Festival of Trees.
Monday Dec. 1 at 1 pm, Come decorate the Library with the Circle of Friends! Hot cider, and goodies, seasonal music and good cheer.
Nov. 30, 1-3 PM. United Church of Warner. Messy Worship led by Sandy Bartholomew. Help create paper snowflakes and ornaments. Refreshments.

Author David Elliott will be reading and signing copies of his newest book Boar and Hedgehog at MainStreet BookEnds at Noon.
The Indian Museum will be hosting a workshop at 1 pm to decorate Snow Snakes, a traditional Native winter game to be used on February 21. Limit 12 premade "snake" sticks, so please register.
Reed's North: Craft Fair with 19 vendors at The Depot, 9-2pm.
Holiday Pop-Up 2-6pm, at 19 East Main Street (the old Warner Public Market) local crafts, art activities, treats, and more.

This year's Warner Fall Foliage Festival annual meeting will be held inside of Town Hall on Wed. December 10 at 7:00 p.m. The entire community is encouraged to attend. We will be voting in new board members, discussing ways to improve the Festival and announcing Grant application awardees.

Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum HOURS CHANGE: From November through April, the museum is open Fridays and Saturdays 10am-4pm, with tours at 10:30am and 1:30pm.

NH Telephone Museum Nov.- Dec. hours: Saturdays 10 am-2 pm and Tuesdays 10-4. Warner Firefighters Museum is open Saturdays 10 am to 3pm in November.

Saturday Night Communion In The Chapel at United Church of Warner. A brief Communion service in our little chapel at the back entrance of the Parish House, next to the church. The first Saturday of every month, starting on Dec. 6, at 4 PM.

Winners of the competitions in each genre will receive prizes from local businesses and publication in the Teen Writers Project. Open to all writers between the ages of 12 and 18 and who live in or attend school in Andover, Bradford, Danbury, Grantham, New London, Newbury, Newport, Springfield, Sunapee, Sutton, Warner, or Wilmot. Warner's Writer's Group First Tuesday of every month 6:30-7:45 PM (Dec. 2, Jan. 6) at Pillsbury Free Library (Frank Maria Meeting Room), Enjoy an hour+ of dedicated writing time with others who get it. Snacks are allowed; there is a sink, a microwave, mugs, Keurig, and tea.
The Local: Music most Thursdays 5-8 pm.

They are available to check out. The winter season is the perfect time to learn some new indoor games and get off the devices. Calling all actors and actresses! If you love, or want to try theater, please contact Miss Sue. We need more kids to join the cast for the next play A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens (adapted by K. S. Miller) to be presented May 9 at Town Hall. Rehearsals will be Wednesdays at 3 pm, Jan.-May.
Family Crochet day: Saturday 22, 9:30-10:30am in the library meeting room with Sue Jenna of Warner 4-H Club. Come learn, or help others - adults welcome too!
This years Ladybug Award books are here. Currently no checkouts while they are being read at story times but they can be read in-house. Voting by K-3rd graders for their favorite will be near the end of December. At that time they will be available to borrow.
Preschooler Story times every Thurs. at 10:30am with Miss Sue: stories, songs, finger-plays, and a craft - in the Children's Room.
