Saturday Nov. 29: Join us at Warner Town Hall at 9 am to decorate the main hall, and to help set up and fluff the 12 Trees that are to be decorated by local nonprofit groups for the Warner Festival of Trees.

Pop-up sale at Warner Historical Society (Upton-Chandler House), Saturday 9 am - noon, includes seasonal decorations, WHS swag, and miscellaneous barn sale items.

Hooray! We should finally be putting out most of the season's high-demand books late next week. There has been a hiccup in the supply chain since September, due to the demise of the USA library world's prime supplier of books for over 100 years, Baker and Taylor Books. The alternate suppliers were, understandably, overwhelmed with the sudden huge increase in customers and demand, leading to very long delays in shipping.

November is National Games month! Borrow some, or hang out and play in the library!

November is National Games Month!: There are now "older Kids" games up on top of the Non-Fiction shelf, primarily for ages 8 and older. They are available to check out. The winter season is the perfect time to learn some new indoor games and get off the devices. There will be snow days and holiday time off for lots of indoor fun!

Calling all young actors and actresses! If you love, or want to try theater, please contact Miss Sue. We need more kids to join the cast for the next play A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens (adapted by K. S. Miller) to be presented May 9 at Town Hall. Rehearsals will be Wednesdays at 3 pm, Jan.-May.

Family Crochet days: They are continuing! Saturdays, Dec. 6, 13, 20, and 27 at 9:30-10:30am in the library meeting room with Sue Jenna of Warner 4-H Club. Come learn, or help others - adults welcome too! Also on Dec 6: gift wrapping with fabric!

This year's Ladybug Award books are here. Currently no checkouts while they are being read at story times but they can be read in-house. Voting by K-3rd graders for their favorite will be near the end of December. At that time they will be available to borrow.
