Easter Egg hunts:
Aubuchon Hardware will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Sat April 4 at 11am with a special guest appearance by the Easter Bunny!
Double Clear Farm will be hosting an Egg Hunt for elementary school age children (Simonds and home schoolers) of Warner on Saturday April 4. Registration is at 12:30 pm and Hunt starts at 1 pm. Road Weight Limit reminder: 6 ton posted limit for spring thaw is still in affect until further notice, on Class VI roads. For a complete listing please contact the Highway garage. Fuel delivery trucks and emergency vehicles are excluded.
Permission to exceed the limit may be granted by contacting Herm Blanchette, Director of Public Works, at 603-456-3366.
The Warner Highway Garage update: much progress has been made in cleaning vehicles, equipment, office items and papers, thanks to insurance coverage from PRIMEX. The vehicles and employees are able to use the DOT buildings nearby for the repair / remodel period. Dept. Head Herm Blanchette reported at the Selectboard meeting on March 31 about the progress and some improvements they hope to include.

The Warner Conservation Commission has released the final 2025 Warner Natural Resource Inventory report (NRI). There is also an interactive StoryMap.

Miss Sue is planning the summer program. "Plant a seed, Read" is the theme. Activities are free, offered Tuesday AM and Wednesday afternoons starting July 7. Look for details and a brochure soon.

MainStreet Warner is once again accepting applications for the Jim Mitchell Scholarship, awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who have had a beneficial impact on the community. The Tray it Forward project offers free vegetable seedlings and is designed for folks in the Kearsarge region who self-identify as having financial or time barriers to starting a garden at home, or for folks running community garden sites that increase access to growing food. FEED Kearsarge, a coalition of organizations working to address food security in the Kearsarge Region, is convening a Food Security Summit on Saturday, April 18 from 9:00-3:00 at KRHS.
