NEW this year, NO CARS on the "dingle" which Includes Roslyn Ave., Geneva Street and Kirkland Avenue on Halloween Friday, October 31 from 4:30 PM until 8:30 PM, approved by the Warner PD. Residents of the neighborhood will be able to come and go but it will be closed to all other traffic. You can park at the Old Graded School Parking lot to allow your trick-or-treaters to roam the neighborhood.

Ross Mingarelli's animatronics Halloween display will be at Sugar River Bank in Warner for the Bank's Trunk or Treat event on Halloween night.

The United Church of Warner will be open during Trick-or-Treating hours: Parking and restrooms, hot cider and donuts, and get a photo with "Mr. Bones"!

At 4 PM in Warner Town Hall: Why Are Our Property Taxes So High? A Town Hall Meeting with Executive Councilor Karen Liot Hill, and moderator Ray Martin. The Councilor represents 81 cities and towns on New Hampshire’s Executive Council, including Warner and surrounding communities. She'll talk about the role of the Executive Council in exercising oversight of state government, including voting on state spending, approving judicial appointments, and managing our state infrastructure. Drawing from her 20 years as a former City Councilor, she'll also discuss the burden of local property taxes and how decisions in Concord affect us at the local level.
