PRELIMINARY FLOOD PLAIN MAPS update: 90 DAY APPEAL OPEN. Any owner or lessee of real property in Warner who believes their property rights will be adversely affected by the proposed flood hazard determinations may appeal to the Town of Warner.
The appeal data must be submitted to FEMA by the Town of Warner during the 90-day appeal period. The appeal period ends on June 4, 2025.

If you can volunteer for replanting the construction area around the new culvert on Red Chimney Rd on the morning of Saturday, April 26, please reach out to Greg Swick (justswick@gmail.com). The Merrimack River Watershed Council will be coordinating this effort and supplying various plants and equipment which needs 9 people for up to 3 hours.

Cameras and accessories: Do you have old photographic equipment lying around the house taking up space? The library will be collecting used photo equipment until April 21, to be taken to the Vermont Center for Photography (VCP) in Brattleboro for their Photo Thrift Store. Donations may include film and digital cameras, movie cameras, tripods, enlargers, darkroom equipment and paper (please no chemicals), camera bags and almost anything related to photography.
Sales from the Store help to fund VCP’s mission to promote the photographic arts through exhibitions and education.
In Warner, recycling earns $$ and reduces tipping costs, especially Metal, Aluminum, Mixed paper, corrugated cardboard, Plastics #1 and #2 (clear/green and laundry/milk).
