Tax bills were mailed Monday, Nov. 4, 2024. Payments are due by Thursday, December 5, 2024. This second bill of the year is slightly lower. Anyone does not receive their tax bill by Tuesday, November 12, 2024, should contact the Tax Collector who can either email or mail a copy.
This season's bills are on yellow paper. The tax rate can be found on the Tax Collector page.
The Town is aware of phishing emails purportedly being sent from Town of Warner,
asking for the recipient to pay for copies of property assessing cards. These
are not from the Town. Note that Town emails come from "xxxxx@warnernh.gov"
where "xxxxx" is either a person's name or job position in the Town.

Kearsarge Regional High School is hosting a Veterans' breakfast on Friday Nov. 8, 8:30-9:30 am. Contact senelson@kearsarge.org to RSVP
Warner’s American Legion Post #39 and the 250th Birthday Committee are sponsoring a Veterans Day Dinner on November 11 at 5:30pm at the Warner Town Hall. The menu will be roasted pork and/or chicken with sides. Veterans eat free, and the cost for others is $20. The post will have a short business meeting and present citations for longevity to post members. Crew members from the USS Kearsarge will be there. Ted Young will present a slide program on the history of the post around 7 pm. All are welcome.
Pine Rock Manor Senior Living in Warner invites Veterans to come on November 14 at 12 pm for a Veteran’s Lunch, free.
NH Parks currently offer Day-Use admission at no charge to Active Military and NH National Guard personnel. Due to a legislative amendment to House Bill 1179-FN, it now includes Retired NH Veterans and their spouse or surviving spouse.
Veterans are considered retired after 20 years of service in the armed forces. Military ID and proof of NH residence are required for free admission. Thank you for your service!
Rollins State Park (Warner side of Mt. Kearsarge) is back open for the rest of the season, which is through November 11, weather permitting. Book your parking spot at https://www.nhstateparks.org/find-parks-trails/rollins-state-park. Some other parks will stay open later. Book a Parks pass at the Library! NH Seniors are free always.

Window Dressings heat-conserving window inserts: Volunteers are needed to help build the 250 ordered inserts and Volunteers are needed to provide food to the building team. Between November 14th-21st, the window inserts will be assembled during the the community build at St. Andrew's Church at 52 Gould Rd., New London.
Anyone aged 9+ can volunteer to help build inserts, training provided. Sign up HERE
No special building skills are needed- just an ability to learn and work as part of a team. Especially needed: Sunday evening and Tues-Wednesday, and also 2-4 people and a big vehicle to deliver all gear and unused supplies to Norwich VT Thursday Nov. 21.
