Helpful Resources from the Warner Robins Economic Development Department
Good morning from the Warner Robins Economic Development Department. Below are 3 great resources for active Economic Development incentives. The Military Zone, HUB Zones, and Job Tax Credits each provide opportunities to incentivize development within our city through using State and Federal funding.

Military Zones
As a part of the Job Tax Credit program, designation as a Military Zone by the Georgie Department of Community Affairs lets businesses claim the highest benefit level allowed under the program. There are 4 census tracts directly adjacent to Robins Air Force Base that qualify.
HUB Zones
The HUBZone program is a federal program that helps catalyze small business growth in historically underutilized business zones by awarding at least 3% of all Federal contracting dollars to qualifying businesses each year. There are currently 4 census tracts in Warner Robins identified as HUBZones.
Job Tax Credits
This is a statewide incentive program for any businesses engaged in the manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, processing, telecommunications, tourism, or R&D industries. The entire Houston County and Warner Robins area qualify as a Tier 3 county. This Tier 3 designation would count for all areas except those in Military Zone census tracts.
