Attendance
We are so appreciative of parents calling us before 7:30 AM to inform us when their student(s) may be late to school or will be absent and then following that up with an email to provide us with the details.

As of Friday, November 19, all future emails related to attendance issues are to be sent to [email protected]. Not only does this make it easier for our parents to remember when needed, but sending all emails to one address rather than to multiple GCS employees brings additional benefits.
Dates to Remember
Nov. 25-29 - Thanksgiving Break
Dec. 14-16 - Semester I Exams (Early dismissal days)
Dec. 17-Jan. 4 - Christmas Break (Teachers report on Jan. 4)
Athletics Update
GCS Basketball will host their first games next week. Please look for games to be streamed or replayed on our GCS social media sites. Unfortunately, games are limited to parents/guardians of players only. Details will be given soon to players' families concerning game attendance.
Varsity Wrestling is in full swing. Good luck, Warriors! Middle School Wrestling begins next week! Thanks to Coach Palumbo, as he continues to build a strong program.
Fine Arts Update
The middle dchool chorus has been hard at work preparing an arrangement of Katherine Davis's thanksgiving hymn
"Let All Things Now Living."
May you and your families be blessed beyond measure this Thanksgiving season as you recount the Lord's goodness to His people. Click on the video to watch!

Don't forget to shop Artsonia!

GCS receives 20% of profit for the art department!

Artsonia is the world's largest collection of student art, published by teachers and students from around the world. Parents and family can view the art online, leave comments and order keepsakes featuring the artwork. You can read more about how to support our school and showcase your student's artwork here.
If you have not received an email from your art teacher about how to set up an Artsonia account, please contact Kim Mancini.
