Graduation Ceremony
In the category of miraculous answers to prayer, we are thrilled to announce that anyone desiring to attend our graduation may do so, as current governmental limitations which caused us to previously only permit reserved seating have been rescinded, effective May 29, the day of commencement!

Guests with tickets may arrive as early as 1:20 PM, and guests without tickets may arrive as early as 1:40 PM. The ceremony begins at 2:00 PM and will be held at Church on the Hill (100 Foursquare Ln., Fishersville).

All guests must wear a mask inside the building, except when they are seated. This expectation does not apply to individuals who have been vaccinated or for whom wearing a mask is a medical risk.
Senior Trip
Twenty seniors and six chaperones enjoyed the Senior Trip to Folly Beach, South Carolina. Even though the very beginning of the trip did not go according to plan, as has been the norm with plans all year, the resilient seniors just "flexed" once again and enjoyed one another and the time away.

Highlights of the trip include kayaking and seeing a dolphin up close, the high ropes course, the wonderful beach/ocean/weather, and Mrs. Grow's wonderful cooking!!!! Just having prolonged times of talking and having fun with each other was every senior's favorite part of the trip.
Awards Ceremony
Many students were recognized this morning for various accomplishments in the classroom and beyond.

The highlight of our assembly was being able to recognize Clay Sterrett for his more than 30 years of ministry at GCS! Also, hearing each senior share a special verse, their future plans, and a "shout-out" was memorable.
