It was a great opportunity to provide permitting information to the realtors so they can pass on to their clients. As customer service is always our number one objective, I’m glad we were able to address their questions and concerns and assure them we are always available to help."
The City of Hagerstown’s Neighborhood Services Manager, Paul Fulk, had this to say about participating in the meeting,
“One of our goals is to assist citizens with owning a home in our community when it pertains to obtaining permits and what requires a permit. One of the best ways to get this message to homeowners is through our local realtors. They are the ones meeting with buyers and sellers regularly. We want people to know we are here to help with residing in a safe home.”
