Aptiv is committed to continuing the work to become a more anti-racist organization.
Our leadership team, along with two committees focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, have been discussing and planning a variety of ways to bring opportunities for learning and growth to everyone at Aptiv.
These monthly virtual sessions, delivered via Zoom, are voluntary and are open to those who are interested in learning, growing, and continuing to become actively anti-racist. You will get paid for the time in the meetings, however, time to read and view materials ahead of the meeting time is not paid. Participation, if during your scheduled work time, must be approved by managers and supervisors and based on availability.
