In celebration of our 40th Anniversary, TACF is hosting a virtual screening of the documentary CLEAR DAY THUNDER: Rescuing the American Chestnut, which recently won Best Feature Film at the WILDsound Film Festival. This free online screening, happening this Saturday and Sunday, is available to all members and email subscribers.
The documentary was first released on Earth Day, April 22, 2023, and has only screened in public and private venues in partnership with our 16 state chapters, local organizations, and other collaborators. It is estimated to be released to the general public for viewing in spring 2024, but you’re getting a special chance to watch it this weekend from the comfort of your own home!
