Giving back to the communities we live in is important no matter how busy our lives become. As mothers it is difficult to understand why children in our city have
to suffer and struggle to find warm clothes, warm food and warm hearts. This is why we take the opportunity to give back to our communities supporting local organizations like the local Children’s Shelter, Food Bank & the Pregnancy Care Center. We love spending time with all of our clients and on February 25th we'll once again be hosting our Family Movie Day at the Alamo Drafthouse in Stone Oak. As we start a new year, many of us have just begun our new year’s resolutions. If buying a home or selling your existing home is something you’ve considered for 2017 I have great news to share. Back on January 5th
the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) hosted their annual Housing Forecast announcing another record-breaking year for real estate in the San Antonio area. Economist Dr. Mark Dotzour stated, “As long as you have job growth, low interest rates and home appreciation, you should have a very strong year of sales.” We have all of that here in San Antonio. Interest rates are still at a historical low and although rates are expected to increase this year they are predicted to be minimal factors.
