Lagoon I Neighbourhood Nearing Full Sell Out

With 67% of Lagoon I now sold, and a further reservation of Lagoon Villa 16 in Lagoon II, the beginning of 2021 has seen a flurry of reservations and sales at South Bank. The Lagoon excavation, which commenced in Q4 of 2020, is set to complete in April, with completion of the Boathouse basin and implementation of the Lagoon beachfront to follow.

Several reservations at the Boathouses have emerged from the Lagoon groundbreaking, including A8, A9, D7, E6, E8 and E9 with a planned 5% price increase scheduled with the upcoming start of construction. Please enquire about the new possibility of joining two units to create a 5 bedroom Boathouse option.

Announcing New Ocean Estate Beachfront Options

Windward are pleased to announce new beachfront availability at the Ocean Estate, following the progress on site. The latest Reef Villa design is now offered along Lots 17 - 19 which will feature a perched resort beach. Ocean Estate Reef Villa 17 is under reservation. Prices start at $3.45M.

Construction at the Ocean Estate Shoal Villa 08 is slated for windows, doors and exterior cladding install. The Banks Villa 16 site has been cleared for foundation works.
