MCWD CARES is a Marina Coast Water District (MCWD) program to help income-qualified customers manage their water bills. If you are an MCWD customer at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines, you may be eligible to save up to $250 a year on your water bill.
How to Apply
All applications go through Dollar Energy Fund. MCWD does not process applications directly.
Primary application enrollment runs May–June, then November–December if funds remain.
When and Where to Apply
Dollar Energy Fund enrollment opens in May. Watch for an announcement with the exact date and contact information.
