Water Conservation Has Great ROI

We’re getting a little bit of rain now, but April and early May were relatively dry, with only a few days of measurable rainfall. April saw just 34% of normal precipitation

And so far, 2025 has been drier than normal. With the forecast calling for a drier than normal spring and early summer, we will likely be irrigating more than usual.

And water is expensive. The Northwest has some of the highest water costs in the nation, so water conservation is an important service we provide.

We promoted many water conservation projects on the properties we maintain and are happy to help our customers reduce water costs with projects that offer a strong return on investment.
