Agency Moves to Stage 2 of its Water Shortage Contingency Plan to Eliminate Water Waste

SCV Water’s Board of Directors voted to move the Agency into Stage 2 of its Water Shortage Contingency Plan. The move comes as California and the Santa Clarita Valley continue to face a severe drought with no end in sight.

Stage 2 includes the same restrictions as Stage 1 and adds additional water savings measures. Customers are requested to voluntarily reduce their water by up to 20%.

From your desktop, tablet or mobile device, in the portal you’ll find:

Billing. Review your current bill, balances and recent transactions.
Meter activity. Assess your monthly meter readings.
Usage. Compare and learn about changes in your usage, so you can make better choices.
Notifications. Get alerts when a new bill is ready.
Guest access. Now you can give guests access and set access levels for your account, so you don’t miss a thing!

Hazard Mitigation Plan

Released for Public Comment

SCV Water has prepared a draft Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP). The LHMP provides a comprehensive approach on how to proactively manage natural hazards and mitigate their impacts on the Agency, customers and the community. We now invite review and comment on the draft plan.
