We are sad to announce the passing of a former Lincoln Square BID Board Member, George Zeppenfeldt-Cestero. George was
a member of Community Board 7, for which he served on our Board of Directors as a representative, and the president of National Association of Hispanic Healthcare Executives (NAHHE). He will be missed.
On Monday, January 27 from 10:00pm to 4:00am, the NYC Department of Homeless Services (DHS) will conduct its annual Homeless Outreach Population Estimate (HOPE), a citywide community volunteer effort to count every New Yorker sleeping on the street across the five boroughs during the coldest time of the year.
