Water Park Open for Summer Fun!

The water park is set to open today, May 26th at 11:00 AM! It is time to grab your Towne Lake ID card, towels, and sunscreen, and head down to the Lakehouse for some much-needed fun in the sun! There have been some exciting changes for the 2023 summer season so be sure to read these important updates and friendly reminders.

Pool Pass Software

This year we have incorporated Pool Pass as our new membership platform to check you and your guests in and out of the water park. Pool Pass has been developed for community associations just like Towne Lake! And the best part, there is nothing you need to do to prepare for this new program. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step 1: Show your Towne Lake ID card at the check-in table.

Step 2: Share the names of members from your household so they can be checked in.

Step 3: If you have guests, share the number of guests joining you.

Guest Policy

The first three weekends (Friday - Sunday) and Memorial Day are exclusive to Towne Lake residents only. Towne Lake has significantly grown over the last few years. We are excited to share we have approximately 3,300 residential lots and have new residents joining us every week! Because of the growth we have experienced, we want to ensure our residents have exclusive use of their amenities at the beginning of the season.

Beginning Friday, June 16th guests will be welcome to join you every day the water park is open for the rest of the season! The Association will continue to monitor capacity limits and adjust the guest policy as necessary.

Please view the 2023 guest policy information below:

• 5 guests per household per visit (applicable at all Towne Lake amenities)
• 20 guest passes in total for the summer season

Pool and Water Park Reminders

Pool and water park rules are posted at each facility. Please remember our amenities have been designed with families in mind. If you experience any challenges during your visit, please report them to Resident Services.

Please view a few reminders below:

• The lazy river is not guarded. Residents and guests use the lazy river at their own risk. Lifeguards are stationed at the plunge pools and diving/slide pool.
• All residents and guests must wear appropriate swim attire.
• Texas summers get sizzling! Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
• Alcohol is not permitted except at the Serenity Pool (“Adult” pool).
• Please do not remove tubes from the lazy river. If you come across a damaged one, turn it in to the lifeguards.
• Residents and guests must be 48” or taller to ride the slide regardless of swim experience.
• Remember to pack those swim diapers and immediately report any accidents to the lifeguards.
• If a restroom needs service, please notify the lifeguard and they will contact maintenance.

Don't forget the summer fun isn't limited to just the water park. If you are looking for a serene escape, plan your swim day at the Clubhouse pool in Cypress Cove! For our littles, explore the vast community of Towne Lake by visiting one of our standalone splash pads for a fun day of water play, located off N Pedernales River Dr, Mayberry Heights and our newest splash pad at Marina Bay Park!

Water Fun Hours

All pools are serviced three days a week and closed Mondays for deep cleaning, with the exception of major holidays. If the pool company is servicing the pool during your visit, please follow their directions so they can complete their service.
