Today marks our 108th birthday and 108 years with zero drinking water quality violations! That kind of track record doesn’t happen by chance. It’s powered by the dedication of Team H₂O, working every day to deliver safe, reliable water to our 1.9 million customers. We’re proud of this legacy and committed to earning your trust every single day.

We appreciate everyone who joined us at our Here to Help in Your Community events in Prince George’s and Montgomery counties this week. We truly enjoyed connecting with our customers one-on-one to answer questions, review bills, share financial assistance information and more. Remember, we’re always here to help.

The Emergency Customer Relief Fund launched with $2.4 million in December 2025 and has already helped more than 3,700 customers, each receiving up to $750 in assistance. Now, only about $250,000 remains. Funds are going fast, so eligible customers are encouraged to act now. Assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
