Water Authority staff wrote an article published in the April issue of WaterWorld Magazine about the agency's pipeline relining program. The story featured photos from the La Mesa relining project, which is on schedule to conclude in summer 2018.

"The agency’s relining program started in the 1980s and ramped up in the early 2000s, so that today it is on track to complete more than 45 miles of relined pipeline in the next few months," the article said.
