PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) are a group of manufactured chemicals used in industry and consumer products since the 1940s. In 2021, the EPA Council on PFAS charged it to develop a bold, strategic, whole-of-EPA approach to protect public health and the environment from the impacts of PFAS. Newterra-TIGG’s water-purification systems are currently removing PFOA AND PFOS contaminants from municipal drinking water sources across the country, ensuring safe drinking water that meets or exceeds the latest EPA regulatory guidelines.

Clear3 (clear-cubed) is a pre-engineered stand-alone decentralized, efficient modular treatment plant capable of treating from 5,000 to 237,700 gallons of wastewater per day – meeting the most stringent regulatory requirements.

Newterra Newterra-Aquip^® Makes Stormwater Treatment 

Aquip is a patented and recently GULD Designated media filtration system for enhanced industrial stormwater treatment. With several performance levels, each specifically designed for the removal of stormwater pollutants such as suspended solids, turbidity, heavy metals (including dissolved metals), organics (e.g. BOD, volatile hydrocarbons, PCBs, PAHs), and nutrients (e.g. nitrogen and phosphorus). Targeted metals include copper, zinc, iron, lead, aluminum, nickel and cadmium. Aquip is typically installed above ground with a single pump station in a simple, easy-to-use configuration.
