Clear3 (clear-cubed) is a pre-engineered stand-alone decentralized, efficient modular treatment plant capable of treating from 5,000 to 237,700 gallons of wastewater per day, meeting the most stringent regulatory requirements. These rugged, self-contained systems are housed in scalable modular building enclosures and built to meet local weather conditions, from extreme heat to extreme cold, and built on Newterra’s decades of membrane bioreactor experience.

A wastewater treatment plant in South Carolina chose to upgrade to a Tri-Oval Oxidation Ditch System. After replacement, the oxidation ditch saw a 42% biological capacity increase with only a 27% aeration horsepower increase. The results were so good that the customer decided to replace all the disc rotors with Aire-02 Tritons. The ease of use, low opex requirements, and unique dual control of both aeration and mixing in a single, surface-mounted form factor make the Aire-O2 Triton the perfect solution for greenfield and retrofit Oxidation Ditches.
