On August 3rd, the City of Manchester celebrated the unveiling of the stormwater wetland and ribbon cutting. About 50 people attended the event.
Attendees heard how the project idea began from Manchester Manager,
Tim Vick; the creation of the urban wetland design from IDALS, Amy Bouska; and installation of the project by Barrington Group Engineer, Jason Wenger.

Madness was on site to show how wetlands function using models. The event
concluded with a walking tour on the path around the wetland where folks had a
chance to ask the experts questions and hear how it will improve water quality.
