All IN for the Eagles Runs Today

Through Friday!

During our ALL IN for the Eagles days you have the opportunity to support Bishop Watterson's efforts to guide our students to grow in FAITH, develop a caring COMMUNITY and strive for EXCELLENCE!

Your donation, no matter the amount, can be doubled with some generous matches, it can help unlock a variety of large challenge gifts or enter you for a drawing.

Some of the matching and challenge gifts:

  • $25,000 if we reach 350 gifts
  • $20,000 when we reach 100 donors to Excellence
  • $5,000 dollar-for-dollar match to Community
  • $2,500 dollar-for-dollar match to Faith
  • And more challenges coming! Join the fun and create your own!

We also have some fun drawings, incentives and competitions:

  • Each Class of 2026/senior family that makes a gift of $75 or more will be entered into a drawing for TWO additional graduation tickets
  • Current BWHS families who make a gift will be entered into a drawing (1entry/family) for a $1,000 tuition credit for the 2026-27 school year.
  • Date Night: current BWHS parents who make a gift to ALL IN will be entered into a drawing to receive $100.00 off dinner for two at Z Cucina di Spirito, courtesy of owner Rick Ziliak '88.
  • Be an Advocate, generate 15 gifts and receive $25 at the Eagle Store.

Special Grandparents Day Unlock

We have a special Grandparents Day match for ALL IN! Generous grandparents have pledged $5,000 if 50 grandparents give to Community and $5,000 if 50 grandparents give to Excellence on Friday, April 24. Spread the word and share the link. If your child is bringing grandparents to campus for our Grandparents Day celebration, gifts of ALL amounts will be accepted and count toward our unlock challenge.

Counselors

LAST CALL for Class of 2026 Scholarship Letters

This is our last call for senior scholarship letters. If the counseling department does not receive this information by this Friday, April 24, your child’s scholarship information WILL NOT appear on the graduation slides or in the graduation program.

Please submit all scholarship letters that have been received, even if not planning to attend the college. April 24 is a hard deadline to turn in these scholarship letters to your counselor.

Diaper Drive

Bishop Watterson is hosting a Bottoms Up Diaper Drive on Thursday, April 30. Bottoms Up Diaper Bank helps single mothers by providing diapers for their children. On average, one out of every two U.S. families struggle to provide diapers for their children, so these donations are extremely helpful. We ask that each student bring in one (or more) package of diapers or baby wipes.
Most needed right now: size 4 diapers.

Students who participate by dropping off donations in the auxiliary gym on April 30 will receive a dress down day that day.

May 1 Change to Cafeteria Balance Limit

Parents, please check your student’s lunch balance to ensure the account has funds.

Starting May 1, students with a negative balance of more than $5 will not be able to make purchases from the cafeteria.

Parking for 2026-27

It's time to start thinking about carpools for the 2026-27 school year! Only rising juniors and seniors are eligible for a Bishop Watterson parking lot spot.

Primary registration for the 2026-27 parking lottery will be held digitally May 5-6. Only carpools with three or more students may be registered during this window. We will open up waitlist only spots to carpools of two or less the week of May 11. We are conducting the lottery process in May again this year in order to ensure that students have the best chance of filling their carpools. Please look for paperwork to be published on the Bishop Watterson webpage towards the end of April.

Looking for your child to join a carpool? While BWHS does not arrange carpools, we can pass your information along to upperclassmen who are looking to fill their cars for the 2026-27 school year. If you are interested in joining a carpool, CLICK HERE to complete a Google form. If you already have an established carpool, please do not complete this form.
