Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences

SIGNUPS OPEN

October 28

3:00-7:00 p.m.

Twice a year we offer Parent-Teacher-Student conferences. These conferences are intended for students who may be struggling in a class. If your child is doing well but you still wish to check-in, we encourage you to consider emailing the teacher to learn more or to set up a phone call. You can keep tabs on your child’s academic progress by logging into PowerSchool.

All sign-ups for conference night need to be scheduled online at the button below. Teachers are listed under their departments. If a teacher's available slots are full, or if you have a conflict on conference night, please don't hesitate to email the teacher. No walk-in appointments will be available.

Students are expected to participate in the conference.

Signups will close at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27.

November 1 is a major college application deadline. By now, students applying with a November 1 deadline should have made all transcript and letter of recommendation requests. Additionally, students applying with test scores must send them via ACT and College Board, requesting them two weeks prior to their application deadline to ensure they arrive on time.

Counselors are currently sending out transcripts and application materials.

Sophomore Families

The sophomore class is receiving a Substance Abuse presentation from the counseling department on Friday, November 6, and will not have cafeteria service on this day. They will have the option to pre-order pizza ($5 for two slices) or pack a lunch. Pizza orders will be taken, with payment, during lunch periods November 2, 3, and 4.

Spring College Credit Plus Students

EdChoice Scholarships Remain Intact for 2026-2027

An Ohio Appeals Court has affirmed a lower court decision that ruled the EdChoice program unconstitutional. Despite this ruling, the EdChoice program remains in place as the case proceeds to the Ohio Supreme Court. Attorneys defending the EdChoice program are very confident that the constitutionality of the program will prevail at the Ohio Supreme Court. No changes in scholarships will occur during the school year.
