Message from Father Severance

Hi everyone! As many of you are already aware, my name is Father Sam Severance, and I am the new chaplain here at Bishop Watterson. As I begin my time at Watterson, I am filled with much excitement and joy to serve my alma mater as a priest. Furthermore, I look forward to meeting all of the students, staff and parents. If you see me around campus, please feel free to come say hello and introduce yourself!

I would also like to encourage the Watterson community in continuing our practice of attending Adoration on Wednesdays in the school chapel. Adoration is an incredible opportunity to grow closer to the Lord in the Most Blessed Sacrament. If you have completed the “Protecting God’s Children” requirements of the Diocese, please feel free to sign up and join us in Adoration! God bless.

Go Eagles,

Fr. Sam '14
