Freshman Day of Reflection

The Freshman Day of Reflection is planned for Wednesday, October 29, at Bishop Watterson during the school day.

This is a day to build our Catholic School community and come to know ourselves as deeply loved by God and called to share that love. The retreat will be facilitated by senior leaders, along with Campus Minister Mrs. Beth Simmonds and several teachers.

Freshmen should bring a bag lunch with a drink and may dress down according to school guidelines. Please plan for your freshman to be in school the entire day and reschedule any appointments you may have set for that day.

Freshmen will complete a service project for Run the Race Club and the St. Stephen Community Center. With that in mind, we are asking freshman to bring the following items anytime between now and October 29:

Homerooms 105, 107, 109, 111, 113, 115, 119: a bag of Halloween candy

Homerooms 15, 16: a box of granola bars

Email Bishop Watterson Campus Minister Beth Simmonds with any questions, mrs.simmonds@bwhs.org.
