2018 ANNUAL REPORT NOW AVAILABLE
PWP is proud to announce that the Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2018 is now available. The report provides an update on the utility's financial stability and summarizes PWP's accomplishments and progress on key initiatives. Some of the accomplishments highlighted in the report include:

  • Initiated an extensive, multi-year project to replace the utility’s customer information system.
  • Achieved a Renewable Portfolio Standard of 32.5 percent for calendar year 2017 and successfully reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 47 percent compared to 1990 levels.
  • Developed an online Residential Rebate Portal, which allows electric utility customers to submit online applications for home energy rebates and track the processing status.
  • Managed efficiency programs that assisted customers in conserving more than 16,500 MWh of energy and 380 acre feet of water.

UNDER ONE ROOF - FREE HOME IMPROVEMENT SERVICES FOR LOW-INCOME CUSTOMERS
Designed specifically for Pasadena's low-income families, Under One Roof provides bill assistance, efficiency upgrades that can be installed for free in your home, additional rebates and more.

Income-qualified customers may be eligible to receive services, including:
  • Monthly PWP bill assistance
  • Laundry-to-Landscape greywater system installations
  • Room AC replacement
  • Refrigerator exchange
  • High-efficiency toilets
  • DOUBLE rebates on qualified energy-efficient products
  • And much more!

FREE WORKSHOP: LEARN HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR IRRIGATION SYSTEM
Join us on Saturday, March 23 at 9 AM for the Retrofitting Your Irrigation System Workshop, part of the Water Wise Landscaping Series. This workshop will show participants the basic concept of an irrigation system design and how to retrofit an existing system for a new watershed wise landscape. The proper irrigation of trees will also be covered.

PROTECT YOURSELF FROM FRAUD
Research shows that more than 30% of consumers have been a victim of fraud. Utility customers are especially targeted by a type of scam called "debt collection fraud." Look out for the following behaviors to spot a fake debt collector:
  • Seeking payment for an unknown bill
  • Asking for personal financial information
  • Threatening or scaring you into payment
  • Refusing to give the company's contact information

GET UP TO $375 WHEN YOU PURCHASE A QUALIFYING CLOTHES WASHER
New, high-efficiency clothes washers use about 25% less energy and 45% less water than regular washers.

PWP and SoCal Water$mart have partnered to offer residential water customers a $300 rebate with the purchase and installation of a new, high-efficiency clothes washer.
