All Saints' Day

This Sunday, we will remember and give thanks for the NorthPark saints who have died in the past year: Judy Evans, Carol Luke, Elisabeth Pink, Thawon Towong, and Marilyn von Hövell.

Congregational Meeting!

A congregational meeting has been called on November 2, immediately following 11:00 a.m. worship.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive a report from the Nominating Committee, elect new officers, and vote on changes to the church bylaws. Your attendance is important!

The proposed bylaw changes are available here and printed copies are available in the foyer. For the new officers document click here.

Dreaming God's Dream

When we think about dreams, we often picture our own hopes—
what we want for our families, our church, our community.

Stewardship invites us to ask:
What is God’s dream for us?

God’s dream is always bigger than ours.

It’s about lives being transformed. Neighbors served. A world healed by love.

And each of us has a part to play.

When we give—our prayers, our presence, our gifts, our service—
we are investing in God’s dream.

To pledge, click here. Commitment Sunday is November 16. Thank you!

🤩 Join Our Interactive Q&A Window!

During Stewardship, we're inviting everyone to participate in our Question & Answer Window located in the foyer!

It's a fun, easy way to share your thoughts with the community:

  • Pick up a question card.
  • Write your answer using the markers provided.
  • Stick it on the window with a glue dot for all to see!

Stop by and add your voice on Sunday!

Sunday question is:

When has doubt made you hesitant to respond?

Children in Worship

Children are always welcome in worship!

Worship bags and a sensory library with quiet activities are in the foyer. Childcare is also available for infants – PK in Room 50.

Grandparents and parents, your little ones may want to begin in the Sanctuary, stay through Moments for Children, then go to Room 50 for the rest of worship.

We cherish your children, as if they were our own!

Sunday Morning Faith Formation: Connect, Learn, Grow!

The following Faith Formation communities meet Sundays at 9:30 a.m.:

  • Bruce Pickett leads St. Andrews in Small Dining Room (Moses)

  • Jann Treadwell leads Genesis II in the Conference Room (Celtic Christianity)

  • Michael Malone leads Visions in Room 32 (1 and 2 Kings)

  • POLO (Parents of Little Ones) meet in the Parlor (Sacred Parenting)

  • Grades Pre-K–6 begin in Room 36 (pick up PreK-3 at 10:30 in Room 48, Grades 4-6 in Room 31).

  • Grades 7-12 meet in Youth Lounge.

URGENT NEED REMINDER:

Protein Shortage at Vickery Meadows Food Pantry

The Vickery Meadow Food Pantry is facing a critical protein shortage. They are completely out of fresh protein, and their overall supply is dangerously low—a situation that's also impacting the North Texas Food Bank. We need your help now to ensure families receive a well-rounded bag of groceries.

What to Donate: The pantry is specifically requesting canned or pouched tuna and chicken. Protein is an essential element, especially with the added concern about SNAP benefit cuts.

How to Help This Sunday: Please bring your protein donations this Sunday for our First Sunday collection.

Want to do more? Sign up to volunteer for a November food collection shift with the RFT here.

Crossroads (Young Adults)

Singles and couples (22-40ish) will meet Sunday in the Small Dining Room this Sunday at 12:15 p.m. The group will discuss conversation cards and go to lunch afterward. Lunch location to be decided during meeting.

Questions? Contact Cheryl Payton.

Youth Group (Grades 7-12)

Don't miss out on Youth Group for grades 7-12! We'll meet every Sunday in the Youth Lounge from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

It's a great time to connect, have fun, and grow together. See you there!

Heads Up! Help us Celebrate Tinsley!

Plan to hang around next Sunday, November 9 after the 11:00 a.m. worship service to have cake and celebrate Tinsley Silcox’s 30th anniversary of being NorthPark’s Music Director.
