A Message from PCEF's CEO Ingrid Whitley

Ingrid and Lyndsay speak about our amazing educators, students, and schools at the Red Apple Gala.

Hello PCSD Educators!

From all of us at Park City Education Foundation, we hope your winter is flying by. This shortest month of the year can feel like the longest one, can’t it? That said, we hope you are seeing the fruits of all your incredible efforts with your students. Though they may not always express it, know that you are making a profound impact on your students’ futures both through what you teach and how you show up each day, supporting their social and emotional needs.

At PCEF, we are here to ensure you feel both well-resourced and supported so that you can bring your best self to work every day. We hope you take advantage of our Express Grants as needed and invite you to apply for our Classroom Grants, which are open now for next school year funding. If you have an idea, please apply! Funding up to $25,000 per project is available. Applications opened on February 2nd and close on April 1st. Please reach out to Kara Cody, VP of Programs, if you have any questions.

As you progress through the winter, know that PCEF is here for you. Please reach out to us at pcef@pcschools.us if you have any questions or would like to connect.

With appreciation and gratitude for all that you do,

Ingrid

PCEF President & CEO

👩‍🏫 2026/27 Classroom & Express Grants 🧑‍🏫

EMHS students in MakerSpace use a ChompSaw for a project: equipment funded by PCEF.

The #1 influence on student success is the classroom teacher. Since 1986 PCEF is proud to support educators through our Classroom & Express Grants.

We're excited to welcome Classroom Grant applications for the 2026-27 school year now through April 1st. Classroom Grants are for up to $25,000 and fund programs and projects for the next school year.

Express Grants applications are for the current school year, and are one-time awards for immediate or unanticipated needs.

🍎 Build the Foundation Celebrations ❤️

PCEF recently presented The UPS Stores Park City checks to each school PTO/A.

Did you know? Every school's PTO/A earned The UPS Stores Grants thanks to participation in PCEF's fall Parent Appeal to Build the Foundation. In total, $31,000 in grant funding was awarded throughout our schools!

Student and parent participation in Build the Foundation wouldn't have been nearly as successful without your help to encourage any donation from students and parents. Thank you for your help in encouraging everyone in your classroom to participate!

Winning Elementary Classrooms - Red Banjo Pizza Party

Every winning teacher received a free cookie coupon from Auntie Em's Bakery and a lift ticket thanks to Park City Mountain's EpicPromise.
