Summer EPIC families,
As our team prepares to welcome students back into our buildings for Week 3 of EPIC programming, I want to take a moment to say thank you for your continued support of our EPIC program.
As our program has seen record enrollment numbers this summer, you may be aware of challenges with transportation routes and procedures at our Oak Point - Eagle Heights location. As always, student safety is our absolute priority. We are grateful to each affected family that has brought concerns to our attention so they could be quickly addressed. We are confident that the implemented adjustments will allow all students and families a smooth and safe transition between our buildings and home.
We remain committed to removing barriers and increasing student opportunities through our youth programs. We are also committed to improving our procedures across all site locations and are excited to continue to work with families in that process. Our staff has felt your support and understanding in the conversations that have been had with so many of you, and we genuinely appreciate the positive feedback that you have shared during the first two weeks of this summer’s programming.
We are proud to have the opportunity to serve the youth who attend our programs. As I shared, student safety is our top priority.
