She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger because there was no room for them in the inn. (Luke 2:7)

Even before He was born, there was no room for Jesus. Some people today still have no room for Jesus. They shut Him out, and fill their lives with everything else. Sadly, Jesus is still being denied room in some people's hearts. They celebrate His birthday every December 25. Unfortunately, Jesus is not the guest of honor at His own birthday party. That's because there is no room for Him.

Just as His earthly parents knocked on the innkeeper’s door, Jesus Himself is knocking on your heart. He says, "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and sup with him, and he with me” (Revelation 3:20).

We are all innkeepers. Are you going to tell Jesus there is no room in your heart just as the innkeeper so long ago told His parents, "There is no room in the inn"?
