Meet Our Team
Melony J Butler, Executive Director
Melony J. Butler, Executive Director of Dress for Success Cleveland, is a native Clevelander who transitioned from the corporate world to the not-for- profit sector to find purpose and passion.

Melony came to Dress for Success Cleveland in 1999 as a client, where she found exactly what she needed to motivate and inspire significant change in both her professional and personal lifestyles.

Butler began her career with Dress for Success Cleveland in July 2000 taking on the role of Office Manager. She would later be promoted to Agency Client Relations Manager and Manager of Workforce Development programs. She assumed her current role as Executive Director of Dress for Success Cleveland in December 2010.
Butler’s passion and work has been recognized by the following groups:
  • 2010, recipient of the Dress for Success Worldwide and Robert Half International the Professional Women's Group of the Year award.
  • 2018 recipient of the Clevelander Standing Strong Through Adversity by the City of Cleveland
  • 2018 recipient of Celebrating Women Inspire Award
  • 2019 recipient of the Smart Business Progressive Women Award
  • 2019 recipient of Metro Health 2019 Sheroe Award

Allison Westerheide is a Marketing and Telecommunications graduate with solid sales, communications, digital, project management and customer retention experience. Allison has a demonstrated commitment to succeed through achievement of business objectives, team collaboration, attention to detail and service orientation.
