Non-essential businesses are being asked to temporarily cease operations in many areas. We want to provide you with a work authorization letter you can customize and provide to your employees who are continuing to provide services.

Our mechanical and electrical services are considered "essential services" under the guidelines of the United States Department of Homeland Security. Since your employees are providing essential functions, they should not be arrested, fined or penalized for reporting to work and performing their job duties.

To provide your employees added comfort as they travel to and from their job sites, we created a letter you can customize and provide to your employees to carry and show if someone asks why they are traveling in public.

In addition to a personal form of identification, if employees have a company badge or work site credentials, you should recommend that they keep these with them at all times while traveling to and from work.

For those of you performing work outside of the U.S., we encourage you to review your local government laws to modify the letter accordingly and reference your government's guidelines.
