1. Enhance our role as our client's Landscape Asset Manager, by helping them change their landscapes to be more cost efficient and sustainable.
2. Become LEAN in all that we do to offset cost increases, providing customers with the greatest financial value, while maintaining superior service and consistent quality.
3. Develop and nurture "Team Orange" to support all growth needed and employee career potential.
The past 4 years have been fantastic due to the strong, growing economy, but that great economy has caused the cost for our service to rise and the ability to attract and retain trained staff challenging. We believe we have done well to minimize the costs we have had to pass on to customers and have retained and grown our staff despite the low unemployment. Our team is committed to our strategic plan and together we are proud of our accomplishments and look forward to another successful year in 2019.
