Dear Self-Directing Participants and Employees,

 

We wanted to follow up with you on our exciting news about changing our name from The Arc Central Chesapeake Region to Fello.


The most important thing to know is that NOTHING is changing about the services we provide related to Self-Directed Services. This is just a name change. The only difference is that our name is now Fello instead of The Arc Central Chesapeake Region.


Because our name is different now, you will notice it everywhere.


  • All forms and resources have been updated with our new name and logo. You can find them on our website and begin using them today.


  • We have a new link to Zendesk with the name Fello, which you can also begin using today. Don’t worry, all your tickets from The Arc version of Zendesk are saved, and you can still access them.


  • Later this summer, we will update the Evvie App, Evvie Portal, and Participant Dashboard to say “Fello” in the URL/address. Stay tuned for more information.
